Seventeen Cottages oriented as blocks surrounding an interior yard, underground parking and office spaces at the first floor level. Each block of five floor cottages are supplied with their own winter gardens, individual lifts and terraces. Facades shall be finished with natural granite, exposed brick, artificial stone and mineral plaster. All engineering systems including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, security/access control systems etc. Construction period 15 months, current contract of 2000-2001

Educational Centre of Ioffe Physical Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences Client PhTI named after Ioffe Location 8a Khlopina Str., St-Petersburg Brief description of works Turnkey construction project for a 15,500sqm multipurpose building: multi-span steelwork in-situ R/C structure with exterior effective brick winterproof walls; installation of utilities, site hardscaping and landscaping. The campus complete with all mod cons: school, dormitory, athletic facilities, roofed tennis court, swimming pool, a 400-seat conference hall and transformer's. Installation of underfloor heating system, 2000 sqm stained glass. Civil and erection works were finished in 7 months. Construction period 13 months, 1996-1999
