Klin Brewery Client Sun Interbrew Location Klin, Moscow Region Brief description of works Design and build, green field brewery construction near the existing Klinskoe Brewery for Sun Interbrew. The detailed design, supply and execution of the foundations for all process plant, buildings and pipe bridges, necessary heating, ventilation and small power distribution for the buildings, the brewery buildings concrete hopper for malt unloading, internal floor and wall finishes, the sinking of new boreholes (assumed 4 in number) and provision of borehole pumps for the provision of raw water, reservoir and effluent pit, lighting for both process, service and office areas, process water, H&V and all power installations Construction period 12 months, 2000-2001

Chocolate Factory Client Stollwerck Location Pokrov, Vladimir Region Brief description of works Design and build chocolate factory extension project with 14,000 m2 building area. Upon completion of construction the current annual production capacity of 36,000 tons shall be increased by 56,000 tons. Within the framework of this project raw material production, chocolate production, chocolate packing and ready product storage sections, loading dock, railway ramp, a total length of 300 m access road and 2500 sqm of parking area for heavy trucks shall be built including mechanical and electrical works. FORD assembly factory Client GABEG Anlagenbau-Engineering GmbH Location Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Region Brief description of works Reconstruction of the Russky Diesel plant. The total project area is 35,568 m2. As a requirement of the client the project was divided into several tender packages. By today Renaissance Creation has already awarded 6 of these packages including the whole ventilation systems of the factory, construction of the Management Building with all finishing works, ventilation, plumbing systems, treatmant plant construction, at Paint Shop seven ground ventilation ducts (L=50 lm) Construction period Current project of 1999-2000

Design, build and renovation project for a bottling plant and ready product- container storage. Expansion of warehousing: construction of a new warehouse for ready products, gross area 10,000sqm. Reconstruction of the bottling plant, total area 5,000 sqm. Rehabilitation of storage area for final products and containers, bottling plant, railway ramp, loading deck, production premises, site infrastructure. Modern industrial flooring systems in the existing warehouse, providing greater resistance, improving, repairing and protecting monolithic floors. Construction period 6 months, 1999-2000
