Construction period 7 months, current project of 2000-2001

St-Petersburg State University First Imperial Canteen for Students Client The St-Petersburg State University Location 6, Birzhevaya Linia, St-Petersburg Brief description of works Design, build and renewal project. Reconstruction and restoration of a building constructed in 1901-1902 to use it as the St-Petersburg University Catering, Cultural and Business Center. The existing building area was increased by constructing additional floor areas at the court and creating usable basement space. Restoration of historical facade, main gate, and interior premises such as main staircase, vestibule, main dining hall has been done including restoration of decorative wall and ceiling paintings. During the design process possibilities of organizing concerts, conferences, exhibitions in the building were foreseen. The building was furnished with modern confectionery and food preparation facilities as well as cafeteria for students and academic personnel. Construction period 12 months, 1999-2000

Renovation Project Client Lukoil Arctic Tanker Location 74 Sinopskaya Embankment, St-Petersburg Brief description of works Design and built contract for the total extensive renovation of a building constructed in 1895 and currently under the protection of the Committee of Historical Monuments. As a conclusion of the technical expertise and design in order to establish a modern administrative building of 2600 sqm area, the attic floor and basement areas’ planning was redone. A cafeteria and sport complex with sauna, swimming poll and gym is foreseen at the basement level due to the new planning. At the attic floor administrative premises, rooms for company top level management with a view to Neva river have been established including a winter garden. Due to design philosophy followed, the historical values of the building were protected while turning the building into a modern administrative building with state-of-art engineering systems.
